Canadian Mental Health Association – National Site

#iamnotashamed – “We tweet #imnotashamed on Twitter to spread the message that mental heath conditions are nothing to be ashamed of! They are not a choice, character flaw, or a weakness. We are helping end the harmful stigma associated with mental heath conditions and advocating for better and more accessible healthcare.”

#SickNotWeak –  “We help people understand that mental illness is a sickness, not a weakness.” #SickNotWeak is a great on-line resource founded by Michael Landsburg of TSN. Michael is one of the best-known personalities in Canadian broadcasting.

Not Broken Radio – Not Broken® Radio is an international radio show and podcast that was initiated to have open and honest discussion about mental health and disabilities. Founded by Brett Francis who herself deals with mental heath challenges.
